Directions: Steam broccoli mix in microwave for 3 minutes. Whisk eggs, milk, and herbs together. Combine egg mixture with broccoli mix in a non-stick frying pan. Serve with soy sausage, whole wheat toast with fruit spread, and fresh fruit or juice. This may also be made plain without any veggies. You may add 2-4 T. of grated tofu cheese or lowfat cheddar cheese. You may also make this into omelet with veggies and/or cheese in the middle. |

I have asked readers to send me any recipes that they have found to be great-tasting and easy to prepare, and that emphasize the nutritional guidelines which are outlined in my book. I will also consider taking people's favorite "normal" recipes and posting versions which are modified for maximal cancer prevention.
