Michigan
is the #1 producer of tart red cherries in the world. Look in
your grocery store's refrigerated section for red tart cherry
juice concentrate, a new product I have seen in several local
stores. Almost all plant foods have been found to contain phytochemicals
that demonstrate anti-cancer activity, and red tart cherries are
no exception. I have modified one of my shake recipes to use this
new product to have a new taste and include some different anti-cancer
molecules in my daily routine.
